  Long story short, the guys in this store saved me hundreds of dollars and maybe a day or two of time. The entire team from techy guys in the back to the support staff at the front desk, all took the time to troubleshoot and find ways to save me money and time. They were incredibly patient and genuinely trying to achieve the best outcome for me. The store was not crowded like the one in Eaton centre which is nice bonus. I for sure recommend this place. Graham, you da man! (the main guy who was helping me)

  Woww worst experience ever this store is definitely not a good representation of Apple, came in with a 'working' charge cable. Due to usage the wire is peeling exposing wires I wanted a replacement because im in warranty it was perfectly reasonable to do but they told me I'd have to buy a new one and also recommended electric tape to solve my issue. Hilarious meanwhile the official Apple store around corner at Eaton center mall solved my issue without a problem. I would say save your time getting any sort of service from this store just a real hassle highly unprofessional/inexperienced staff.

  Brought my computer in for charging because it wasn’t charging. got it back 5 days and the guy said it was a simple reset to fix and a software issue. They didn’t show me it working in store. I got home and it still wouldn’t work! Very dissatisfied

  Long story short, I went in to see if they could retrieve data from my iPhone, which had been run over by a car. My recovery expectations were low BUT Robert, the store manager, took the time to try various possible solutions and low and behold, my data was fully recovered and I was able to replicate to my new phone, hassle-free. He was patient, thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had the best experience at Jump+ on College and would recommend that anybody with Mac products head there for service and/or repairs.

  Went in to see what was going on with my headphone adapter. Rob was able to pull one off the shelf to test it out. Once he saw that my adapter was the issue (stopped working after 2-3 weeks), he explained that he could make this process easier by simply giving me the new working adapter free of charge. I would recommend this place to any apple user in the area. Unreal service.
