  The gym is clean, conveniently located and well-equipped. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They have also gone above and beyond to help me recover from a couple of minor injuries. Their boot camps are reasonably priced!

  You know those gyms where you are trying to workout but you feel really self conscious cause of all the douche bag guys and girls trying to show off thinkin they the hottest thing in the room, ya this gym is not like that. Just a bunch of regular joes just trying to stay healthy.
