::Stopped in for a quick supper before our show at the NAC. It wasn't very busy so the staff were quite attentive and helpful. We had a couple of their pasta dishes and a salad. The food was quite good and the portion was just right. Would liked to have lingered longer after our meal for a desert. It looked like they had a good selection.

::They gave me a very good first impression. The staff was cordial -sometimes funny- making it entertaining. The pasta meal ( which was suggested to me ) was very impressive and very good. I would definitely eat there again.

::I love this place with all of my heart. At no point have I ever been disappointed with this place, even when most busy and most likely to screw up an order or have a long wait time. Whether it was pizza, pasta, wine, or dessert Johnny Farina has never missed the mark. I've been for both lunch and dinner and each time I go back, I try something new, knowing that I won't be disappointed. Do make sure to try and get a reservation, as spots can sometimes be difficult to find. However, I have been in around 6:30 on a Friday with no reservation and did not wait longer than ten minutes. I will come back here over and over again. Best Italian that I have had anywhere in Ottawa!!

::Food was good but not extraordinary. My lasagne, although tasty, was rather ordinary. Service was very slow. Took a long time to get our orders in. The restaurant wasn't overly busy and it was later in the evening. I remember it being better on previous visits.

::I've been here twice and it was a perfect night both times. The service was some of the best we've received. The server was so enthusiastic, helpful and fun. I love the food, the atmosphere and the people there. I'm returning to celebrate my birthday there next weekend.
