  I called John the Plumber the first time a few years ago because I saw the truck in my neighbourhood and was having little success getting an appointment with the plumber I had used for almost 10 years. Jonathan has done most of the plumbing work in my home since the first call and has done a terrific job. If there are options, he presents them clearly to me so that I can make the best decision possible. The work is well done and the work area is always left clean. He is courteous and professional. I know I can count on this company to provide the service I require and according to the quote they provide. Based on the service I have received, I highly recommend John the Plumber.

  Really happy in my choice of plumbing company. We had a great feeling when Al and Eric arrived at our place to do some challenging work, they worked hard were very friendly and professional and provided us with options and preventative measures. They also managed to keep to the tight time frame and true to quoted price. Thanks

  I am very satisfied with the installation of a sump pump by Jonathan. He was both professional and knowledgeable. Jonathan explained the benefits of a battery back-up and made sure I understood the details of the work before proceeding. I appreciate his efficient and courteous customer service. I will certainly look to John the Plumber again for future plumbing needs.

  I would like to thank John the Plumber for sending Jonathan this morning for the great work he has done with my request for some work in my house. He was on time, introduced himself, explained everything he did and was very professional He had all the information of where I live given to him by Agathe, the person you will talk to when you call. I hope that the next time I need some plumbing work that Jonathan will be available for the task. Prices are very reasonable and he is very dependable. Thanks to Jonathan for the great work.   Great service with affordable price. Had 3 services with them so far and they are always being on time at the scheduled service time. Service technician explains in detail with clear break down of the job to be understood easily. At the end of service they make sure test their work that service has been done correctly. They have been truly great service with integrity. I highly recommend their service.
