  Usually deal with the young manager. Today sadly he was busy...I dealt with the old thing in the bag who was super rude and aggressive about me asking for a tune up. He snarked saying I have other bikes to work on without even trying to find a solution. Basically was told to leave. Needless to say won't be going back to them! To bad they're the Norco dealer of Ottawa.

  The staff has always been really helpful and professional every time I went in. The prices are competitive too!

  Best bike shop in town! Jose and Connor are always helping me out. I bike ~20,000km a year and exclusively go to Joe Mamma's. They have prompt service, excellent customer care, and they make you feel welcomed when you come in. I never think about going anywhere else.

  I bought my first mountain bike here many years ago. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. They really do know their stuff. Definitely my favourite bike shop in the city. I’ve also brought my road bike in for a tuneup etc. here and there, and the work is always done flawlessly and in a timely manner. The selection of parts is fantastic as well.

  Fantastic shop, Jose is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and knew what I was looking for and had what might be pretty obscure parts ready to go for my trials bike, great to find someone who was even familiar with trials riding. I am a visitor to Ottawa only in town briefly and you got a bunch of work done very quickly within my timeframe. Thanks very much, I am happy to refer your shop to any cyclists in the future coming into Ottawa
