::Not a great car dealership. It is more than that. It is just an excellent place to buy a car. My experience with Jim Tubman was unbelievable fast, smooth, warm and friendly. Jason Atack is a real magician of finance. All the paperwork and everything related to money has been done in same day, actually I mean in the same afternoon. He prepared everything and finished entire process without wasting a minute. Never forced me or push me to buy anything extra that I don't need. Sina Talebi is the most friendly sales consultant I ever met. He is 100% customer's satisfaction focused, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, kind, professional young gentleman who knows cars very well and never miss any details which I asked him. I love my 2018 Volt. Thank you guys being there such a great professionals!

::All of the positive reviews of his dealership are true (except they didn't have freshly baked goods ;-)! Confession: as a natural auto-sales sceptic, I feel that the auto industry is one that requires intense scrutiny. New dealerships have to earn my trust, and that normally isn't easy to do! Jim Tubman Chevrolet exceeded my expectations. Ryan- my sales rep extraordinaire (as mentioned in other reviews) was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, not pushy, and a pleasure to deal with. He made the buying experience very easy and met my additional demands (within reason) to seal the deal. After-sales service is great too. Jason (Finance Manager) explained the paperwork, terms and conditions, and additional add-ons without being sales-like or trying to force me to buy additional products or services I didn't need. He explained things in plain english, and I felt truly had my best interest in mind. On delivery day, when I picked up my newish (used) car it was perfectly detailed, looking like new. It took less than 30mins before I was driving away with a huge smile. As an independent GM dealer (aka- not a loudmouth / 'mega' dealer), I will recommend them to anyone in Ottawa who wants an excellent buying experience.
