  I have celiac disease, which means I have a severe gluten intolerance. I used to love eating at both Jerry's locations, because of their wide gluten-free selection, and their care to avoid cross contamination. In the past year or so, I noticed the food quality had deteriorated, and I stopped going there or ordering from there, about six months ago. Today, I thought why not - let's try it out again. So I order my old favourite burger. I'm told they are out of gluten-free buns. Umm, okay. There's no sign, and the cashier didn't seem apologetic, but that's okay, I'll order a salad. My husband ordered a regular gluten burger, and our total was over $30. The self-serve drinks area was messy, and there were no straws left in the dispenser. Our food came out and my salad did not have the slice of GF toast that it used to come with. That's fine, but I wasn't informed about it. My husband's food was awful. The patty was overcooked, the burger was dry, and the onion rings were greasy. I could handle this quality and lack of GF options at $10/plate, but when your prices are higher, your quality should be too. If I wanted a sub-par salad and absolutely no service, I would have gone to Wendy's across the street, and paid much less for it. Won't be going back.

  This used to be the place to go. The large portions are a positive feature; the atmosphere is also quite positive; however, I think that quality wise, it needs some improvement. The burger (Big Smoke) was alright, but nothing special (a bit on the bland side actually). Ditto for the fries.

  I am feeling really ripped off by this place! I used to love coming here but after my last visit I am never going back. I have to eat gluten free for medical reasons and this was on a list of recommended places to eat. I wasn't able to eat their fries because of cross-contamination and they took $1 off my order for that, but then charged me $1 extra for my meal to be "no gluten" even though they didn't have gluten free buns to give me. When I asked, I was informed it was because they had to clean the grill. I was not informed of this charge until after I paid and received the receipt, nor did I see it posted anywhere to inform customers. After taxes I paid $15.00 for a single burger patty with some lettuce, bacon, and cheese, and I was still hungry after my meal. I'm sure it is wonderful for those who don't have to watch what they are eating but I would not recommend it for anyone with a gluten allergy or sensitivity until they are more upfront with their extra charges.

  This place has gone downhill a bit. Fries were cold and stale. Been dip was cold. The dip was some brown stuff floating in oil. It used to be better. Seems their trying too hard to be fast instead of good. Ice cream is good.
