  First time going, still waiting for my toe polish to dry as i write this. Calm and relaxing environment... Very attentive staff. 11/10

  Very disappointed. I booked a regular manicure as I wanted to treat myself. When I got there, I had to look for someone to greet me. No one at the bar even looked up until I said something. I was asked to remove my shoes, and told the reason was to keep their floors clean. I refused due to the fact the floors were not clean, and there were dirty foot prints all through the salon. When I sat down with my nail tech, she said a whole two sentences to me in the hour I was there. No greeting, no offer of any beverages. Not even a glass of water. She didn't try to up sell anything. When I looked around I noticed the shelves were quite dusty. A girl sat down next to me to get her shellac polish taken off. It was at that moment I was glad I was not offered a beverage, and if I had one, pieces of old nail polish would have flown into my beverage. The nail tech beside us did not car about what she was doing. I also noticed the very old sponge being used to clean glass wear. GROSS! Customer service is very poor and unacceptable. Services was basic. Should have saved my money.

  I was booked for an appointment on Family Day, even though I asked several times if they were open and assured that they were. I only found out the day of that they were closed after excessive digging (it was only mentioned on their Instagram page) and thankfully before I made the drive out there. No one bothered to call me about the misscheduling. I left a message and they returned my call on Wednesday to explain that it was a “system error”. I wasn’t offered an apology or even an acknowledgement of their mistake. Completely turned off by this place and their lack of customer care. Will not book again.

  I went for a manicure (shellac) and an eyebrow wax. The manicure was done well. I have no complaints. The eyebrow wax was acceptable -- I had to pluck a few missed hairs at home. The service was good too. For example, it was too cold for my card to work on the parking meters. I asked if the aesthetician would be able to give me some change and add it to my bill. She agreed, and I thought that was great. However, she did have her cell out and checked a text when it came through. My biggest problem is that the space was simple ok. The waxing room was super cramped, and wasn't as clean as I would like. It would not want to get anything more than an eyebrow wax done in that room. The bathroom was old and not as nice as I expected it to be. I was also surprised to be charged (almost $4) for a coffee. I get that it is sort of like a bar, but I have never been charged for coffee or tea at similar establishments. On the whole, it is not that I would tell people not to go there, but I will not be returning.

  Love Love Love this place! The atmosphere is adorable, cute set up, and great staff. The decor is sublime! My nail tech did an amazing job, I got an SNS application, and its lasted almost a month. Everyone compliments the custom color she mixed for me. Will definitely be heading back again soon.
