  I went in here on Friday morning to finish up my Christmas shopping and I got fantastic customer service from the associate. Very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. Will most definitely be returning in the future.

  Terrible staff. Avoid at all cost because it's going to ruin your day. I like the brand and clothings they make, but the staff in Rideau is just not on par with their clothing quality.

  Worst experience ever ,I love Jack and Jones but never go there again they need better employee
