  I went in just to take a look and ended up purchasing a watch a few weeks later, not because the salespeople pressured me to, but because the service was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend coming in just to "browse". Speak to their watchmaker, Bryn. Very personable and knowledgeable guy!

  Without question the best high end jewellery and Rolex experience that I have ever had. I've worked in high end retail sales for two decades and know what it takes to be successful. This year I purchased 4 Rolex watches there for my wife and I, and I am now looking for a fifth. I won't go anywhere else, nor should you !!

  I went in to look at the Grand Seiko line they brought in. I had no intention of buying and was up front about it, but the salesman Ken still took the time to chat with me and pull out a couple for me to look at. He was knowledgeable without being condescending. I will be buying my next watch from these folks.

  I looked up their hours on their website and called them. Neither indicated that they had reduced summer hours. I was not aware until I parked and walked over and saw a sign on their door that they were closed on Monday because it is summer. It is absolutely understandable for stores to have summer hours, but at least note that on your answering machine message and your website. For that reason alone, not only did I go to Brinkhaus, I will also not return to this Rolex dealer.

  Brought in a ring I inherited looking for ideas on remaking it. Ron offered great suggestions and 4 separate designs. The final one turned out great and my wife is thrilled. Excellent service overall and they met the timing and cost parameters I set. Highly recommended!
