  AVOID THEM ! I purchased a phone battery (overpriced) and being just in transit in the city I did not pay the extra for the warranty. It did not even charge completely in 12 hours and drained a lot faster than my old one. Next day, the same person with an arrogant smile, said: "Sorry, I told you to buy the warranty, test the phone,..." , "Now I can't help you anymore"

  When others claimed irreparable: they came through. Re ipod touch audio port: Ubreak/ifix at two locations was dismissive showed no interest :and ; these folks at IRepair are ultra professional,accessible and come through.

  People are friendly, but they take you for a dumb user when they meet a problem they don't understand. I had a problem with my battery and took my phone there in the hopes they would fix it. They charged me the price of the analysis and the price of a new battery, saying that everything was fixed. One week later, the problem was back and when I took the phone back there, they told me that the problem was somewhere else and tried to sell my another device, but did not at all gave me back the money I paid for a wrong analysis and fix. In all this process, they gave me lame reasons for why they were right and I was wrong, which was clearly not the case, since I had spent money and was still having the same problem. I think they must be pretty good with cracked screens and other obvious problems, but lack a bit of honesty on the more complex ones.

  Second time using these guys and they are wonderful! Brought a destroyed iPhone back to life! I also used them for some maintenance on my MacBook Pro and they were very professional and fast!

  Great service and friendly staff. I left my daughter's iPhone there and in approx. 1.5 hours the. new battery was installed and a new glass screen shield for under 100$ total! Every thing was done correctly and even a thorough review of the device was done before/after the repair!
