  The only place I go now. To get high quality socks and shoes. I'm well read when I go in to buy something. They seem to know their stuff too when we talked about products. Wish they carried rock climbing pants or shorts. But I know that is not what they specialize in.

  While I have not had experience with any of the staff in person, I had to sit and watch as the manager belittled another customer for not speaking English. She ended up walking away from the individual in frustration. I have never been so shocked. Disgusting and intolerant of the person meant to be managing a staff. Will NEVER return

  Terrible experience. Staff was not helpful and management could use some people skills. Maybe some training in how to treat the customer. All in all it was my first and last trip to intersport.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had . The sales staff seemed more interested in laughing and talking to each other than they did was actually helping customers . Trying to return or exchange something in the store is a nightmare . I asked to speak with the manager of the store and during our interaction she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. She was completely 100% rude and disrespectful and didn't even have the courtesy to apologize . There are so many other options out there to purchase sports and exercise apparel I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere I recommend you to never ever shop here .
