  L'auberge se trouve dedans les anciens remparts de la ville de Québec. Je suis resté dans la chambre 322 (8 lits qui sont séparés par un mur entre 2 parties de 4 lits chacun). J'avais une belle vue de la banlieue à l'ouest de la ville. C'est 10 minutes à pied à la gare, l'aéroport est plus loin. Les lits sont confortables, même petit et ils secouent un peu. Les salles de bain sont propres avec assez de douches, toilettes, et lavabos. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner mais c'est typique pour une auberge (des céréales, du jus, du pain, etc.). Prés de l'auberge, c'est la rue St. Jean où il existe des restos, bars, cafés, etc. Il y a un (deux?) petit épicerie près de là et une cuisine bien équipée. Attention aux collines, super fatigantes, et s'il fait froid dans la chambre, le chauffage est probablement éteint, mais c'est assez facile de demander à l'accueil de l'allumer.

  Only stayed one night but it was a cool hostel with daily activities a bar with cheap alcohol. Everything was nice and clean!

  Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige bediening. Er zijn voldoende douches en toiletten aanwezig voor de gasten net als een ruimte om je spullen achter te laten als je een beetje vroeger bent. Kamers zijn enkel toegankelijk met een sleutelaar waardoor je je grief toch iets veiliger kan achterlaten. Enkel de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe want deze kraken enorm veel wat wel storend kan zijn om te slapen. Centrale ligging dicht bij een paar parels die Québec te bieden heeft.

  This is a great hostel. I booked a private room with two beds and it came with two armchairs and a closet with plenty of hooks and hangers. We stayed 3 nights and the shared hallway bathrooms weren't overcrowded or dirty at any time. The breakfast is typical hostel style (and free!). Coffee/tea, orange/apple juices, toast, bagels, spreads, eggs and cereal with pieces of fruit to round out the choices. Comfy beds, clean place. Bean bag room is a fun place to watch TV. Book room is quiet. Lots of places to hang out. We enjoyed the walking tour with a very friendly Canadian self-described-nomad. Loved our stay. Front desk was very helpful and made a good recommendation to park our car in an underground garage since we didn't have a winter rated battery. The garage is heated and this suggestion helped unfreeze our wiper fluid which was only rated to -20F... apparently with the wind chill of driving, even tho it was only -7 out, we should have gotten -50F. You live and you learn.
