::I've been buying furniture from this store for years!!! It's wonderful to see how the styles here have evolved with the times but it's always great quality with a coastal, casual vibe. Now that I've downsized into a super tiny condo, I'm looking for small space living furniture. Sue, the owner, takes as much time to sit & chat to understand my needs just as she does with people buying with much bigger (bottomless) budgets. I've made some choice mistakes along the way but Sue is always willing to make things right to make sure I'm happy. How rare is that!?

::I would highly recommend Insideout for household furnishings and accessories. Since purchasing a vacation rental in Victoria in 2014 Sue has helped me with furnishings and accessories. She personally made several "house calls" to get a feel for the space and my needs. The customer service is the best of any establishment that I have dealt with in Victoria. They have provided friendly customer service and have spent time in finding just the right things for us. They have been accommodating and helpful in furnishing another condo in Nanaimo as well. Beyond furniture I have found wonderful household accessories both for my personal use and as gifts. Best store in Victoria-both in merchandise, price and service. I would highly recommend checking them out!
