  One of my favorite studios in Ottawa. Best lighting in the Barre class, love the bathrooms. Staff are amazing teachers and the music is always on point. I visit this studio weekly and love it!

  A few years ago I got a membership and although I loved it very much, life got in the way and I stopped going. One month ago I started going back to the studio and I am super glad I did! I attend 3-4 times a week and I definitely feel myself getting stronger. All the instructors are very friendly and helpful. I love the new Piloxing class on Saturdays, too!

  Great fitness classes for all levels. Great staff who work with you to adapt exercises as necessary. Very clean. The change rooms have beautiful, fully stocked washrooms and showers. Classes can be quite expensive, similar to other high quality fitness options.
