  The manager didn’t hold his promise, which I believe it should be one of the most important things you have to keep if you want to run a good business. We ordered a spinach, orange & peach salade, unfortunately they were out of peach, but the server didn’t let me know when I ordered it. We claimed that when we received the food and the manager was kind at the beginning, he said that the salade and the non-alcohol cocktail would be waived from the bill. So we felt the customer service was nice and we ordered more food. However, he finally billed us everything. We had to claim again, then he only waived a house wine, never mentioned the salade and cocktail again. Anyway, the food is so so, and a little pricy too, while the service was the worst. It’s not a good idea to pretend to be nice but fail to fake it.

  Great food in an intimate place. Chef/owner made us feel at home. Felt as if we were actually in Italy. Grateful for the experience.

  Great coffees and drinks. Quality foods at a very decent price. Great ambiance throwing you in a traditional Italian theme. Staff is warm and welcoming. There's also good DJs playing on Friday and Saturday nights.
