  Pathetic! Takes atleast 30 mins to do a simple money transfer, keep swapping the application from one agent to another till it reaches managers desk! My biggest mistake to open an account with this Bank!

  Worst service . Person name called Rohan ( I think so ) . He don't even know how to speak with customer. One of worst banking service in Canada.

  I have only visited this branch twice and service has been terrible. Not only would they not process my transaction (telling me to call the call center because that was easier for them!) but they were almost rude in the process. I have now closed all my accounts
