Amazing staff- friendly, helpful, quick, and meticulous. I recently switched from a Shoppers Drug Mart in the area which had bad customer service and long wait times. Instead, I'm very happy to be supporting this business!

Absolutely outstanding service. I have been dealing with other pharmacies which for some reason charged me despite having two insurances. Both together can cover my medication. The woman pharmacist, May, is amazing, caring, and very competent. She noticed that and right away corrected what other pharmacies did to me. She took time to explain in detail how to use the medicine. I hope this is ok but she is also very easy on the eyes. Highly recommended!

Every business should be run this way. I walk in and feel cared for by every employee, especially the head pharmacist. Prices are cheaper than shoppers and other pharmacies I've compared with. Overall extremely satisfied.

I was babysitting my step grandson over the holiday. And he had a really bad fever for 1 day and of course his doctor was closed . I took him to the clinic next door to the pharmacy and it was not a super experience there. But the pharmacy staff were so helpful and nice. One of the staff went back and forth to the clinic to save me the trouble and she got a note or something for Gravin's drug to be covered by OHIP. They were so friendly and cheerful. The lady pharmacist was very thorough and went through the instructions with the little one like three time. Thanks guys.

Getting good service from the staff is a hit or miss. They make mistakes sometimes. There’s a different Pharmacist almost every day. The woman Pharmacist manager is rude and frankly doesn’t know much about medications. She’s mainly fit for counting pills and working the cash but definitely not educated enough to deal with medication issues like a Pharmacist should be. I could tell when she gave made-up answers to some questions. The tallest girl who works there as a helper is just too loud and disrespectful and has no regard for patient privacy. One positive thing is they serve you at the cash quickly. Thankfully I don’t get meds from there but my poor partner does.
