::Amazing location with 6 floors full of everything. They have a great variety of stuff, mostly high quality and expensive. You may find them in other places as well, but everything in one place is just here. I really like the 6th floor, men's section. They have semi formal and formal clothing offered from a lot of different brands. Better than other stores.

::No staff in all the floor! Ever! Been trying to buy my baby stroller for months and never seen a soul in the cashiers and whenever I found a person, it is not his/her department and have zero idea what they are selling. One very nice guy did all his best and tried helping me, but all the info he gave me was from the website and didn't answer some of my questions. I felt it wasn't his fault, but the lack of people in their departments what is missing and making people turn around and go to other places.

::Beautiful department store! Has all the name brands you want and is very clean as well as a great layout of the store, there were hardly any people anywhere though, I guess that makes for less irritating sales people though! It's in a great are close to so much parking, restaurants, and other shopping places!

::The only problem is they're seriuosly understaffed so you're fending for yourself. Otherwise prices and quality are fantastic. Love the cashmere sale! Ladies at the women's undergarments department are very knowledgeable and super kind and helpful. Especially there are two older east Indian ladies who are just fabulous. They always help me get the best fitting bras and have great suggestions for other items too. Make sure to sign up online so you get alerts for sales.

::After moving into a new apartment a few months ago, I needed some new living room furniture. After visiting a few shops on South Granville St, I heard from one of my new neighbours about a great furniture sale happening at the Bay. Well, I am so glad I visited! Josefina in the furniture department is the only interior designer I needed to talk to! She helped me pick out a sofa that would fit in my small space and through my doorway, as well as some modular options that could act as coffee tables, side tables, and extra seating for guests. Josefina was an absolute pleasure to work with - her advice was straight-forward, aesthetically-oriented, and budget-friendly. My new furniture arrived December 3 and it looks amazing. If you need contemporary furniture, check out the Bay on Georgia St and ask for Josefina - you won't regret it!
