Normally I have a good experience while shopping here but I'm not sure I will be shopping here again after what your cashier did.(21/4/2018 at around 6:30-7:00). I believe her name was Marina (in the bra section) who when she seen my mother and I were heading for the changing room decided to YELL at us that we needed our items to be counted. I understand that you need to count the items but no one ever does so at the store by the way and I don't recall seeing a sign with a limit for the changing room anywhere. So after she yelled at us and making a big scene so everyone's looking at us as if we did something wrong she then made us wait. We waited a few minutes and no one came to count our items so we had to ask for someone to come and count. The women who counted the items didn't even know the limit for the changing room though that might not of been her department. So I outside of the changing room with the items while my mother tried her items on and I was constantly being watched by the cashier (not sure of her name) as if I'd steal something. Thanks for the extra anxiety as my mother suffers from anxiety and panic attacks I'm sure she really appreciated that. I would also like to add other women went into the changing room and their items weren't counted. So why were we singled out?

The bad side of my visit:The store looks like it's need of some major repairs and updating. The good side of my visit: Nicki was amazing. She came to me (while others just walked by me)and ask how could she help me? I told her I was getting ideas for Christmas gifts. She asked me a dozen of question as to who the gift were for, and came up with amazing ideas and actually took me throughout the whole ladies wear department. I don't think I ever recieved this great service ever before. And with great gratitude to Nicki my Christmas shopping is almost done. Thank you Nicki, your the best

Yesterday evening - Oct 28th - we went to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre looking for luggage. My partner likes the Bay and Sears was having a going out of business sale. So we chose a mall that had both a Sears and The Bay stores. We entered the mall via the Sears store. Looking at the quality of the stock its easy to see why the business is closing. The luggage was on sale for 20% off but even the original prices seemed high. No staff to be seen to ask the question, what is the carry-on size limit for luggage. Everything else in the store was also on sale such as towels and sheets - also for 20% off. So we went down the mall to The Bay. A nicer store with much more attractive merchandise. The luggage department had a huge range of luggage and over the half hour where we were comparing different types of luggage two very helpful staff members came over to help us. The first staff member went to find us a measuring tape and left it with us. The luggage at The Bay was on sale from 50 to 70% off - the majority being on sale for 65% off - and their house brands were at a very attractive - everyday price. What we chose from their huge selection was on sale for 70% off and came with a 10 year warranty. Everything at Sears is on FINAL SALE. The linen's department is just beside the luggage department also had many items also on sale from 25 to mainly 50% off. SO BUYER BEWARE - If you need department store merchandise - check out The Bay first.
