    Worst bank, lines are long and slow, closing hours are ridiculous, mean staff telling you about policies whenever they see fit. I have been a client there for almost 10 years and they know us perfectly well, still they manage to make the experience as hellish as possible, have to do the same stuff in other branches. I usually avoid going there but there are times it is very close to my job and I just don't have the time to run around the city. Worst... Experience...ever! Will change banks in the near future for sure, so tired of dealing with them.

    worst wait time and customer service. there were 3 people ahead and we all waited 45 mins because there was only 1 teller. then when my turn came the teller went to help someone at the other side waiting in premier line, some rookie came up I handed my BC services card as ID and she later asked for drivers license...its the same ID! HSBC level of service is same everywhere, thats why they're closing offices around the world

    HSBC... you can do good an bad things... the staff is nice, but if you have an unusual demand / issue, they will not be able to help you.

    Everytime we go there it seems that employees do not know their business at all. The simplest requests - like getting a bank draft and a void cheque - can take up to 30 minutes. Also if you send an email to your bank agent, it takes up to two days to finally get a response.

    The worst bank. Stood in line for 25 minutes waiting to certify a cheque and then they had to call someone outside the branch to approve it. Can you imagine??? Why??? No answer on the phone and so they said maybe they're at lunch, can you come back later? Are you kidding me?!?!?! I came back reluctantly two hours later and they called again and then the person refused to approve it over the phone!! Mental!!
