  They were busy when I came in without an appointment but I was willing to wait. They stayed past closing to get to me without being grumpy or upset about it. Will be back next year.

  Had a great experience with Laurel from the Corydon branch. Super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Would suggest her to anyone looking to get their taxes done.

  Paid 280$ as a student for a tax refund that took longer then 2 months to get. The governement sent a request to H&R for a copy of my Tuition form, which H&R didn't not comply or pass on this infromation to myself. Paying for "peace of mind" what a joke.

  Unprofessional and Disrespectful Had an appointment at 7 pm. I reached there at 7.10 pm and apologized for coming late. Front desk lady kept mine and my wife's T4 and told us to sit down and wait because my tax preparer took a walk in instead. (they should have called if they want to keep my business). In spite of that, because it was my mistake so, I and my wife waited for 45 minutes before we took off without doing our taxes. Evidently it is the busy time of this year. H&R needs to prepare more for busy time with employees who are professional, respectful and experienced.
