  The staff remember us and our situation each year and have never miscalculated our returns. No problems with paperwork at all

  The man that did my taxes was VERY unprofessional!. He had commented on my looks more then once. So I felt like he was trying to flirt with me. He was talking to me about things he shouldn't have been talking to me about... he made me feel very uncomfortable. I feel like I practically payed to be borderline sexually harrassed. I feel super uncomfortable that this person knows all my personal info from doing my taxes. I was polite the whole time and never said anything... But I'm never coming back here.

  I really give 0 stars but i cannot post unless i give at least one. This is the worst service ever. I had my 2014 and 2015 tax done at the same time - not only did they go over the estimated CHARGE for their service by 90% - I ended up paying almost double WHAT THEY QUOTED ME for their service (my bill was suppose to be about $100 but ended up as $189 just for 2015 income tax - 2014 quote was good) but 5 weeks after everything was signed I find out that they never even mailed in my Quebec income tax. Now i have to wait another 5-6 weeks to find out if everything is ok. I will never use these bozos again.
