  I came back to H&R Block because I was confident that Edrelyn Mendez would do again the great job she did working on my return last year. It was complicated because of the investment portfolios that I set up for my children. I was told by the bank I should hire an accountant, but they agreed H&R Block should be able to handle it. Edrelyn handled all of that with expertise and ease. She gave me confidence that everything would be fine, and it was. I am looking forward to coming back to H&R block next year.

  Absolutely pathetic experience. The communication was terrible. They apprantly changed a policy last week so if you get less than $200 tax return they can not give you instant refund and then they charge you more than a third. I got $170 and she said I could get it on a H and R visa. Fair enough and fee was $25. Then she came back and told me about this brand new policy as I had under $200 I could get neither instant refund or visa only cheque and it was now a $162 fee. Absolute rip off. I will never use h and r block again and especially never this location. Safe your money and do it yourself.

  worse service possible.....wait like an hour and a half just for them to tell me im gonna have to reschedule....

  I share the same sentiments as the other bad reviews. Very frustrating; they do not answer the phone or return messages. I will say however, when they did get to my taxes, they were done well.

  They took nearly an hour to figure out what was wrong with their computer, so I asked if they could call me when they figured it out. It has been well over two months, and they haven't called, nor did they answer the phone the last 27 times I called. They also failed to return any messages I left. Less importantly, the people there were a bit rude. I can't imagine my problem being resolved when I show up there. DO NOT go here.
