  DO NOT GO HERE POOR SERVICE! First of all no parking you have to pay. Second i asked them to give me all the information i need in order to go down there and do my taxes since ive never done them before. They told me all i needed to bring was a picture ID after i already sent all my information to the CRA like they told me to do. So i triple check that all i need to bring was my id and they said yes. Then when i get down there they tell me i need my sin card. Not knowing that because they didnt tell me over the phone. I told them everything i went threw in order to go down there for my appointment and they couldnt care less. I DO NOT recommend this H&R block very poor service and useless & incorrect information they gave me.

  The experience itself was pretty good. I arrived early and they saw me straight away, the staff were friendly and helpful (but if you struggle with accents, maybe go elsewhere). I only had two T4 papers to file, so I figured it would be okay. Heads up, for the most basic of filing it cost $112. That is what you can consider their base rate and it can go up from there depending on your circumstance. They also kept bugging me about my filing records for 2008 and 2009 even after I told them several times that I did not work those years because I was in highschool. They kept trying to ask me if I wanted my past filings reassessed. I was unsure of what was going on for a good chunk of the time I was sitting there. This was my first time using a service like this and it is my last. I will be using a different service next year for half the cost. This was a waste of money.

  Feb 2018 worst service ever the manager is horrible. Stay away from here

  I have got my taxes done here for a few years now and they served me well. Thank you to the team of workers here.i do think they could get better receptionist.
