  Sat for an hour during my appointment, only to be told by the Tax "Professional" that he could not do capital gains and/or losses? Had to reschedule for another day and time, apparently because no one cared to ask me while booking. No discount offered to compensate me for my time, or the error. No apology. Nothing. Ive been using H & R Block for 10+ years and this incident is the last straw. Their "accountants" are incompetent to say the least. Avoid at all cost.
