  Very bad service. Would not help with the return once the services were paid for. The receptionist was very rude. When asking for help with the CRA tax assessment, they blamed us for the mistake and refused to answer any more questions. I have used HR Block in 4 different cities and provinces for the past 10 years. The service from the Prince George locations was unacceptable; I will never use this company again.

  Lady at the front counter was on her cell dropping F bombs. When we asked why our appointments were always late she shook her head at us as if we were stupid for asking legitimate queations. when I asked for the managers business card she said, no. I need to talk to her first." She knew I wanted to complain about her so she took her cell and went to the back to speak with the manager before she gave me her business card. No profesionalism here people. At least not on the front line. I believe her name is Laisa. Very disapointed. We've been long time customers at this location.
