  I've been dealing with H and R block for a decade. Dont get my taxes done anywhere else. I've also been going to this location for 2 years. But this year the receptionist is so rude. doesn't understand Customer service one bit. She is rude to her coworkers and customers. She is confrontational and argues all the time. All i wanted to do was book an appointment for the next day. I cannot believe the way she talks to me or her coworkers. Once I get her name i am posting it and am writing to H and R block head office. this unacceptable.
