  Sold me a stolen iPhone 3 years ago. Refused to refund then sold for $100 less on classifieds. Felt so bad about the whole thing.

  First time i have been to Bank st location. Tried to sell a brand new 3ds to them. Was told it was worth $60 and they would pay me $30. Yet a quick look around the store told me he was lying to me as the exact same 3ds was priced at $170. He also seemed very quick to get me out of the store after the offer of $30.

  They give the standard 10% to anything pawned and a FAR lower interest rate than a cash advance on a credit card.. Which I don't have anyways. And as someone who doesn't have friends/family to borrow from and can't get a payday loan, I didn't have a lot of options for getting by before the next time I was getting paid.. I had some gold I could use as collateral though. This place is clean, not overly cluttered & the people working were super friendly and helpful (making it not at all stressful/creepy to go into.) I was very happy with the loan I got, but I wasn't trying to get a % of retail value for my items- I just needed a small loan that I wouldn't have difficulty paying back and they gave me exactly that, quickly, easily and without any hassles.

  The three guys that are usually there are very easy going and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
