  I brought in an LG smartphone and was so surprised with the generous amount I got for it. They are very honest and welcoming people. I would certainly shop there after I have seen their merchandise in store . I would also bring them some more stuff to sell because they are very good appraiser.Great clean store great location their people are honest professionals.

  best howard's pawn shop in east ottawa. the owner and her co workers are amazing honest and helpful. the owner is very honest and trustworthy induval who takes pride in running her business and satifeing customers to the best that she can and its an honor to meet someone like you. thanks for everything your the best!

  What a place !!! Sell u ds lit for 60 dollars each !! When try to talk to wonder because very other pawn shop is selling them for 40 she being the rude blonde say 50 to 60 dollars get charges 60 and than told I had to buy the charger. !!! Had my grandkids with me !! Was for them ask to talk to the owner and still avoiding the convo !!!!

  Very polite and helpful. I Went in looking for a specific item,and was helped by a lovely lady.She quickly left what she was doing to serve me.She made me feel welcome,and will be seeing me again.

  Great service and unlike the pawn shop down the road at the Donald St Plaza. They really make sure that what they're buying and selling isn't fenced. They give fair prices and are very knowledgeable.
