  Dure de trouver un parking, chambre correct. Lit vraiment mou et pas très confortable.sale de bain petite et pas de pression d'eau.on entent très bien les enfants courir dans le corridor de l'étage supérieur de la chambre. Piscine et jacuzzi bien et l'environnement autours agréable. ( Décoration et volières )

  Average to poor experience. We had a very nice family get away in Quebec city. The city and holiday was great, but the hotel was not so good. We had a deluxe room and even so the plumbing was cheap, toilet was constantly leaking and the sound was bothering us the whole night. The hot/ cold water was changing while showering. Sound was proofing insufficient. Anyone walking or talking in the hallway was echoing very loudly. The pool looks very nice but was very small and was too crowded. Breakfast was included only for one night. They also made mistakes on our booking for bora park and the manager who was the only person allowed to resolve our issues was only present part of the time after 10am which is when we were away. Wouldn't recommend.

  Worse hotel ever seen in my life! Check in at 4 pm ( though most of hotels are at 2pm), but room is still not ready, unbelievble! We arrived at 3:45 they asked us to wait till 4, and then at4:10 they send us to room with out have confirmation to see if the room is ready or not! We waited till 4:20 in front of the room looking staff who were so relaxe taking their time to continue cleaning the room! They argue just infront of us why they send us upstairs.....! They said: Why they send you up to this room while other rooms are ready!!!!!!!!! The coorider full of cleaning stuff left from their staff! Imagine how you feel, when you are pregnant, tired from long road trip and need to just sit down and relaxe! Pool is so dirty their sauna didn't work .....!!!!! Water was cold! Don't waste your time and money if you are looking for some place even for 1 night! Room is in front of staff room and they talked so loud,while their door is open for a long time, with out just thinking that guest are sleeping or resting in their room!!!!!!! How ignorant can be....! Wifi is so bad! Signal is so poor! We had a room for 4 people but the wifi code worked only for 2 people!!!!!! Limited just for 2 people!!! Never seen such cheap service in my life! Worst organisation between staff, every time you need to see reception you have to wait 15 minutes at least! If you don't have enough staff during vacation don't accept more than your capability! They just ruined my vacation ! Never came back!

  Very well located Hotel near shopping center in Ste-Foy. 15-20 mins to Vieux Québec. Good food and service at the Boston Pizza connected to the Hotel. Kids enjoyed the interior pool and Tub. Comfy beds and Budget price. We will stay there gain.

  I always stay at this hotel but it is mostly because it is cheaper than most hotels. Some of the rooms have been renovated but the hotel has some rooms that are very noisy. I've also stayed in the condohotel space that had a direct view on the bar and was in the basement. So I guess that if you're in the college crowd and looking for a place that is clean and not too pricey, this is a good place to stay. If you're the business kind of traveler I think they're some better venue's although pricier. On the positive side, the staff is courteous and the hotel well managed. Plus the grocery store is close by.
