Very good experience, comfortable and nice double room. Despite that, this is only true for the new building of the hotel, the ancient building rooms are smaller and not so comfortable in comparison. I recommend the restaurant also, it was a nice surprise, ver tasty food. Another thing is the breakfast, it is free; but nothing to talk about it.!

I was at this hotel for 5 days and was very unimpressed. This hotel will charge you for anything, so be careful when choosing hotels like this. They charged 60$ for towels that had makeup stains on them, yet that is what towels are for. The rooms were very dirty, and already damaged with holes in the ceiling when we first got in them. All of my friends and myself also came home and have colds, coughs, and headaches simply due to the fact that it was a generally a dirty hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and won’t be coming back anytime soon

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff and front desk are nice and very helpful answering any questions. Pool and gym open at 7am; not very convenient for someone who wants to start the day early.

Absolutely horrific. My experience at the Travelodge hotel Quebec could be summed up in 1 word: abysmal. 1constant trend i saw was that they drag money out of every soul they could find. You go there spending 200 on the room, and come out with a minimum of 200 dollars extra fine. The way my family and my kids were treated by the staff was absolutely disgusting. So atrocious. When i went to talk to the manager, she herself looked me in the eyes and said she does not have time for it. so repulsive. VERY VERY VERY disappointed. I DON'T RECOMMEND. Moreover they ran out of towels. How garbage could a hotel be to run out of towel

It was actually one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. I never write reviews but honestly our stay was awful. We brought our dog and therefore we were put in a pet friendly room. The one good thing about this room was that it was on the main floor so it was easy to take our dog outside. The downside is it is in the oldest part of the hotel. When we walked into our room, all you could smell was vomit. It literally was horrendous. We spoke with the front desk and they said they would send someone to do extra cleaning. We were there with two other couples who had rooms in the newer part of the building and they could not even stay in our room to hang out due to the smell. The extra cleaning they hotel staff did involved spraying our room with an orange air freshener. I kid you not. So our room smelt like vomit and orange air freshener combined. We complained two more times to move rooms but this was during the weekend of July 21st and they stated the hotel was full and they were not able to do this. We were charged and extra $40 for bringing our dog as that is their policy and the room charge was the same as our friends who had a decent room in the newer tower part of the hotel. They said they could possibly offer us a 10% discount but would have to speak with their manager and someone would contact us. No one ever did. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I feel awful saying that but it was the truth. I wish I was exaggerating but I promise you I am not. I can’t even believe they would have the room available for people to stay in. It was dated and so old and dirty looking but I could have dealt with that, the part we couldn’t deal with was the smell. It should not have been the same cost as the other rooms either. Poor customer service as they never followed up with us like they said they would.
