  I could have given it 5 stars but it is much too noisy both from the streets and from the inside because of an old system of forced heat which sounds like you have a storm in your room. I had to use earplugs. Strange because You don’t ear the neighboring guests so the walls and doors are indeed sound proof but they forgot the windows which do not have double glasses. The road doesn’t have much traffic, but the truck which cleans the street start before 8AM ...... Also watch out for their 35 dollars vallet parking, unless you have a very expensive car to protect, literally cross the street from the hotel is a 20 dollars a day open parking. Finally the mini bar is very well furnished, but at auregious prices, they didn’t put it there to be hospitable but to squeeze money out you, I didn’t like the feeling a being considered a milking cow and did not use it.

  Extraordinary hotel split into 4 separate buildings! The rooms were super spacious and everything was so fancy and wonderful. The service is amazing and so well accommodating. Definitely would stay again!

  I loved my stay here. Very well maintained property with well appointed rooms. Bathroom is spacious. Minibar as well as toiletries are good and diverse. Staff is friendly and helpful. They provide great service. Restaurant are good. Only area where it fell short on my expectations was included breakfast. I like hot breakfast and the one included with the room - the buffet - was all cold.

  Had a great overnight stay with my wife. Great location, close to everything near the old port of Montreal. We stayed in the new rooms, which were very nice, and the rain showers were a nice addition. We did note that the main floor of the hotel was quite cold, mainly due to the - 35C weather, however there may have been some sealing issues, and the front door is not well thought out often leaving the lobby wide open to the outside and losing all of the heat. This did not have any effect on our floor or our room, but it is noteworthy. Overall, great stay!

  Beautiful hotel in Old Montreal. The location couldn't be better, easy quick walk to cobblestone streets and excellent cafes. The staff is very friendly, and very competent. The rooms are beautiful, but have zero noise reduction; every night was very loud both inside and out. Both restaurants we're exceptional. I'd definitely stay here again!
