  Very nice modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were amazing in answering my questions and giving me directions and more. Was here for business, would come back for private use for sure.

  Nice hotel. Had company meetings here, large conference rooms. Hotel rooms are also a nice stay. They have an indoor restaurant that I would also recommend to visit, food is amazing. The atmosphere is clean and staff are very nice. Would recommend the stay because it's close to transit and Vaughan mills is across incase you needed to grab something quick!

  This Novotel was very nice, clean, and helpful staff. I didn't have any issues, and the restaurant in the hotel was top notch as well. The room was nice sized, nice carpet, bathroom, beds, and nice sized TV. Even the soap was great quality! Recommended for staying, mall is right next door, Porsche, and just 15 minutes from downtown Toronto.

  Stayed here overnight for a wedding nearby and it is conveniently located across the street from Vaughan Mills mall. The rooms are modern and clean but they don't include any bottles of water. Also, the AC unit is quite loud. Being winter, I simply unplugged it. However, the walls are thin or the doors have significant sound leakage because you can easily and loudly hear people opening and closing their doors which slam shut automatically. Can't imagine in the summer with the AC and more guests that this would be a particularly peaceful hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself is very clean, roomy and has an onsite restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  Very poor customer service. Housekeeping very poor putting same sheets over and over although I stayed for 6 nights. Bathroom not cleaned and tissues not replaced. Request for late checkout granted only by 30 minutes more. Quite hilarious!! Room was very big and comfortable. No doubt about that. Good atmosphere in the lobby. It the front reception staff need to work up their smile. I am an international traveler and was quite disappointed.
