  We stayed there for 2 nights during our visit to Toronto. We had good experience, great place to stay. Lots of nice restaurants around. I would definitely recommend this place to choose when around that area.

  Worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. We got placed in a room that wasn't cleaned. There was some kind of fluid on the nightstand, the sheets smelled like sweat, once we pulled the blanket out of the bed, there were hairs, the bathroom was filthy and smelly. We called the guest service and they moved us to another room that was a bit better but still filthy. The carpet hadn't been cleaned for at least 6 months, there were wires hanging, the fridge... I can't even tell how disgusting it was. We got in the hotel around 1am and now it's 2am and we're discussed after 2 bedrooms that were filthy. Because we (my wife, a 5 years old and myself) had to catch a flight in the afternoon I hoped to sleep in (since we went to bed after 2am) and at 8AM, we wake up thinking the hotel is collapsing. They were renovating a room right beside ours. I send them an email about the whole experience and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I never thought I would have such a bad experience in a 3 star hotel, specially, when it belongs to a well known group like this one. This was our experience with this place, I know everybody has different experiences. Any business has good days and bad days, that's understandable, but I have tried to contact them to give a feedback and never heard back. To me, that says a lot. So, just be aware and manage your expectations on this place.

  Excellent and Great Customer Service staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Very quiet and peaceful. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend this place to stay while in Mississauga

  2.5 - although the check in staff were very nice. The hotel itself needs some serious upgrades (which to my understanding, is happening given the signage posted in the hallways). The room we stayed in had the bathroom renovated but everything else is dated (the 90s are calling, they want their furnishings back). The bed was less than comfortable and the “fitted sheet” was a top sheet placed over the mattress. The heater was very loud and every once in a while made a strange squeaking sound that sounded like jigsaw was going to roll into a room on his tricycle (I sound like I’m making this up but I promise I’m not lol). While the accommodations were close to where we were needed to be... I’ve stayed in better hotels.

  The location is very convenient, if not awe-inspiring (Mississauga City Centre). Getting downtown or to the airport is straightforward. The front desk staff are not always on point, but the staff who turn over the rooms are excellent in terms of maintaining cleanliness and comfort and also in terms of security. The restaurant downstairs is great, too. I do wish they changed the shower doors - there's a pool of water waiting for you on the bathroom floor after every single shower, no matter how careful you are.
