  Nice new hotel, almost too new (only a few weeks), so not everything is working (elevators, wifi, televisions, etc.), as more floors are being brought online to the hotel each week. Massive construction project across the street (7 days per week) with three tower cranes makes privacy in the rooms difficult. Papaya at the front desk and Robin as one of the managers are a top notch crew trying to make everything right by each client. This brand is new to me, but feels like Aloft, trying really hard to be fresh, new, and funky, but possibly at the price of practicality. Being fresh out of the construction "eggshell" just makes it even tougher to be there without hiccups.

  Perfect. Newly opened, but exceptional staff, who couldn't be more helpful & friendly. Small, but great rooms fitted to a good standard. Good beds with high quality linen. Situated well in Montreal. Would highly recommend & haven't said that before for any hotel.

  From the time we arrived to our check out, all of the employees we interacted with were nothing short of extraordinary. Beautiful building and very close to major restaurants and attractions. Beautiful room and comfortable bed. These people working here certainly make this place a pleasant stay. Heartful thank you to them.

  Very stylish place. Great for young people looking to stay in a artsy area. The staff are so amazing. They go above and beyond for anything. Very clean rooms and amenities. The location is great. Short walk to old port and old Montreal. Will be coming back!! :)

  The staff went above and beyond what I expected. The valet service was worth it. They gave goodie bags with chocolates and soaps. Also their downstairs bakery was amazing and had the best croissants. I have been eating croissants my whole life and I never had a better one. The room was spacious and the hotel was so gorgeous I didn’t want to leave.
