  Nice hotel with good location and lovely rooms. Very disappointed to find out, after I checked in, that the advertised outdoor hot tub is routinely closed on Thursdays. Routine closures of featured amenities should be disclosed in your advertising!

  A notre grande surprise nous avons été surclassé dès notre arrivée ce qui a rendu notre séjour d’autant plus agréable. Le jacuzzi extérieur offre une vue imprenable sur downtown. Le personnel est qualifié et à l’écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est l’une de mes meilleures expériences sur Montréal.

  Room was not ready at 4. We arrived at 4:15 and had to wait until 4:50. Restaurant was closed for renovations and reopening, which was clearly stated in advance on the website but was not stated months before when we booked so was a bummer. View was great! Location was great! Right near bars restaurants and even a solid grocery store. Room was as expected but was a little worse for the wear than the glossy website let on. Indoor pool was nice in the evening sun. Would go back and probably will.

  Amazing place to stay for our visit to Montreal. Great service at the hotel. It is within walking distance to everywhere. There are some amazing restaurants and shopping nearby as well as a complete grocery store. It is also within walking distance of two metro stations which get you anywhere else in the city including the Biodome and Olympic Stadium as well as Old Montreal. The service inside the hotel was also outstanding. The rooms were welk kept and laid out with space for all of our needs as a family travelling together.

  Amazing hotel as always. Bright modern room and great pool & hot tub. Stayed in PH1101 and it was awesome. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Centrally located and walking distance to the Bell Centre and plenty of food & shopping choices. Looking forward to coming back again.
