  The staff was amazing. So helpful and extremely friendly. The hotel was so clean. Exceptional. Loved every minute of our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Chateau Laurier for making our anniversary so special.

  Great location and spacious rooms. Pool and spa areas are ok at best.

  Hotel service is top notch. Bellman and concierge desk were always helpful and available. Location is just outside the old city wall and a ten minute walk to all the shops and restairants of Old Quebec. Decor is tired throughout although we did have a relatively new bathroom with heated floor and ceramic tile.

  We were here on our honeymoon. Everything was fantastic. It's walking distance from all the don't miss places in the old city. There is no language barrier here. Overall quality and service is commendable.

  Our flight was delayed and we booked here for the extra night. The service was great and we were able to check in right away. The room was pretty standard, but very comfortable. Some things that stood out to me were: the mending kit in the bathroom, soap/shampoo indispensers rather than bottles, a fairly large tub and an extra blanket in one of the drawers. We were visiting for the Carnaval and the hotel was located right in the action. There were ice sculptures, sugar shacks and activities just outside.
