::WHEN I FIRST CHECKED IN I FOUN MY ROOM HAS NO AC NO REFRIGIRATO NO MICROWAVE NO COFFE MAKER .NO CABNET OR STORSGE FOR THE CLOTHES THE WORSE THAN THAT IS YOU CAN NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS TO HAVE SOME FRESH AIR GOIN IN AND THERE IS NO WINDO IN THE BATH ROOM .THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR IT WAS HARD FOR ME AND UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE THE STAIRE TWO TO THREE TIMES A DAY .SOME OF THE STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY AND SOME WAS CARELESS .THE HOTEL OWEN BY A GUY FROM IRAN .I WILL NOT BOOKED IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN IT WAS SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE :-( IT WASN'T WORTH THE MONEY .

::No warm water in the morning, the bed is not even a bed. Creeks with every movement. Fake boards, no springs. The rooms are small and unkept. Breakfasts are not even included. A nice entrance, but owner clearly does not care about the people staying here. It feels like we are in a closet.

::Old hotel. Rooms too small. Food at the restaurant is absolutely on zero level. They do not cook but use frozen food to prepare your meal. Expensive as well. Bottle of water is CAD5.25. Rooms are not properly cleaned, walls have stains on them. TV does not properly function. Staff are not really friendly besides one girl at the reception. There is no elevator so you have to drag your belongings upstairs on your own. But location is very close to old town. If you want comfort stay somewhere else. The owners of this property really need to invest money to rebuild the place and hire better staff.

::Great location! We visited in 2010 We were helped with reservations at a guest information stop along the highway. BUT when we arrived, the front desk personnel lacked personality and the rooms were small, aged, and dingy. I was 8 months pregnant and couldn't turn around in the bathroom it was so small! There were some long red hairs on my pillow case...yuck! There were very audible screams coming from down the hall at night...creepy or gross, you decide. Kind of felt like a brothel, do not so surprised lol...When we first arrived, we got a room that was so crooked our bed tilted back and you felt like your head was lower than your feet while lying in bed...we were able to have our room switched. The woman at breakfast was friendly, but not the best food. It would not be a first choice.
