  The rooms were bigger then expected. Service was excellent! Staff was super friendly. The location was perfect for exploring old Quebec, everything was within walking distance

  It's a hotel with great character, if you are looking for one. It has few separate buildings in the heart of Old Quebec close to everything you might be interesting in. The room was cozy, modern, and neat. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

  Wonderful hotel in the middle of Old Quebec that is always a cozy place to return to after a good day of exploring. Room is a bit small and a bit old but that also feels like part of the charm. Love the location and convenience for the price and look forward to returning again!

  Very quaint. Good location. A little on the noisy side. Kcups and coffee maker are a plus. Ask about the back entrance of you are staying on the first floor to avoid the stairs.

  We go to Quebec City every year for Christmas and the hotel we normally stay at was booked, so we tried the Hotel Acadia. It was AMAZING! We will be coming back to this hotel from now on!! The location was perfect, we love to walk all over old Quebec and Hotel Acadia was close to everything we love to see. It was tucked away on a quiet street and very close to lots of fantastic restaurants. We even found some great places we’ve missed in our previous visits! The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beyond our expectations, it was beautiful, super cozy, clean, and romantic...and OMG the mattress was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! If you plan on visiting Quebec City, do yourself a favour and stay at Hotel Acadia! 5 stars isn’t enough!!
