  I bought used, have had my vehicle for 4 months now and am very happy with its performance. All members of the team that I dealt with were very polite and thorough with their answers to my questions. Steve C. handled my test drive and paperwork and was a gem of an individual. The sales manager scored me a good rate with the bank and gave me time to get back to her with my decision on any add-ons. I'd return to give them future business based on this level of service.

  Great services with people who actually care. I first took my car into their dealership due to a recall issue. After that I noticed that some of my power buttons weren't working. I misunderstood the issue as an effect of the recall services they provided and took it back to their dealership. They reviewed the issue and fixed (at no cost) after explaining to me that the issue was due to an error by the previous service provided. I am so thankful for their services and being straightforward with me with ZERO upselling. Thank you Honda Downtown! Thank you to their great service staff as well! you guys are awesome! I 100% recommend them!

  I regularly service my vehicle at Honda Downtown. I find that Service here is consistent and that the staff are extremely professional. I know that I'm in good hands when I leave my vehicle here for service. I don’t visit too often each year but the Service Manager remembers me and greets me when he gets the chance!

  The Best Honda service department that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Work is always done on time, fairly priced and always done right the first time. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair where other dealerships couldn't find the issue. Great shuttle service to drop me off at work while my Pilot gets taken care of. Thanks Nick and the entire service team!

  One of the best dealerships I've been to, very polite staff and very professional service. As soon as you arrive you have a full valet service to check your vehicle in. Service department staff also explained what needed to be done to my car with a good explanation and I felt safe leaving my car there to be serviced. Came back to pickup my car and it was not only washed but also brought back down right to the reception area for me to leave easily. Great service and great staff, recommend for anyone looking to get their Honda vehicle serviced.
