  I went into Holt Renfrew 3 days ago to purchase some luxury items and found Johnanna, a sales associate I befriended last September. Johanna welcomed me like an old friend and I told her I was there to buy some things. I went from the bag section, to Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and finally shoes. Johanna came with me patiently and gave me good advice on what looked good. I know she didn’t have to but she was amazing! I can’t wait to return to Holt Renfrew on my next trip to Calgary!!

  Staff here are awful Im done trying to get things at this place. They constantly glare at me with the "what are you doing here" look probably because Im wearing casual clothes and not in a suit. Does Holt train their staff to do this? It happens every time I go here. I was constantly ignored today when I was there trying to sample fragrances. When I was finally able to ask someone for help they seemed like they couldnt care less and I was pestering them. They also had zero idea what they were talking about when it came to frags, or maybe they were just acting that way to troll me or something. Jokes on you though, I just bought 6 bottles from Nordstrom of Creed and Tom Ford. I also buy numerous niche bottles a month which I will be getting elsewhere.

  I was looking for specific shoe from Gucci to see it in person, but unfortunately they do not carry it. The staff were friendly and helpful and, no I was not wearing fancy attire to be recognize. I would go there more often if I can afford the products on a regular basis. Overall, I would go back to check out the trends.

  I just got home from Holt and needed to write a review because the service there was next level. I was helped on the phone and in the store by Ursula and she made the whole experience great. I didn’t even mind spending money $$ on shoes because she made the experience so great. She was helpful, zero pressure and knew everything there is to know about Louboutins. Definitely recommend going to Holt over anywhere for designer shoes, because of the customer service alone. Thank you URSULA!

  I always buy bags here and I love the LV store! The staff were all very nice. However, the selection was not very good. Everything I looked online, most likely it’s not sold in store. I ended up buying from the Vancouver Holt Renfrew (I have a friend there who works in Holt Renfrew and she can process the transaction and ship here for me). Please add more new stuff to the stores!
