This hotel is a good hotel. However, thinking back on an interaction I had over the phone last week, I wanted to leave this review. I called the hotel on behalf of a couple from another country to inquire about room availability. I just wanted to know what they had available and how much per night. Before I knew it, however, I was making a credit card reservation over the phone. It was really hard to just get the information I needed from the clerk without actually making a booking, as he kept asking for more information and entering it in the system. I was so swept up in helping the couple out, that I didn't realize this was odd until after. I would have been more comfortable inquiring about availability and then sending the couple to check out the hotel and decide for themselves if they wanted to stay there without making a reservation.

Dining was great. Parking is tricky to get in and out of. Entrance to underground parking lot is very tight. Room was fabulous. The staff is top notch. Great stay

Very good customer service. I wish I could remember the young man who checked us in. (Dez? Dom? Ben?) He took very good care of every detail he had control over, without being asked. Small rooms in comparison to other Holiday Inns but it IS downtown TO so to be expected. Hallway needs to be updated to match the room updates. Would go back again. Convenient location. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was a moderate size - we were staying for only one night so it worked great for us. Washroom was nice and the whole room was clean. The buffet breakfast was great and a reasonable price. Parking was available but for a fee, which is typical for downtown Toronto. Overall it was a good stay and we would for sure go back.

Fairly nice hotel in downtown Toronto. All the standard conveniences of a city hotel in North America. Centrally located with a great convenience/gift store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Washing is not done on Sundays or public holidays which can be frustrating.
