  Nice pool and good pub next door. Drinks at the bar were great. Hotel staff were very nice. Perfect location to head to whistler and or zoo, aquarium trip! Right off the hwy1.

  Great location! It's right off of the highway. Pool was great! Friendly staff. Loved the lightly heated pool, hot tub, and sauna! Fitness centre was clean. Great restaurants downstairs. Shaw WiFi was awesome! Google Maps friendly hotel. I enjoyed my stay! Lots of parking stalls available. You feel warmth in the lobby waiting areas since they're furnished with comfy couches and fireplaces. As soon as you walk out, there is a beautiful fountain that really sets the mood of your day.

  Stayed with my family late January. On arrival, after a long haul flight from Australia, we had an unfortunate event where our son experienced seizure. It was traumatic for us parents as well as other guests and hotell staff. He was rushed to the lobby, where we waited for emergency. They arrived quickly, he was taken to hospital, and now 3 weeks after, he seems to be perfectly normal. This is very nice, clean hotel, situated just off main highway, for easy access. Beds are super comfy. But most of all, people that work in it are amazing. During our son's medical emergency in hotel, same night, and next few days later until our departure, they went above and beyond trying to accommodate our specific needs, were generous with breakfast vouchers, and were asking frequently about our son's well-being. Genuine human empathy at it's finest. SONIA from room keeping staff, AMIN and GIOVANNI from front desk... Few names we remember most, but there were more people involved which names we can't remember. To all of you, we say one big THANK YOU!

  I liked the welcoming vibe they offer, and all the equipment was very substantial and high end. Though all this was nice, there were some drawbacks. The breakfast starts at 7:00 and ends at 8:30, and there are no exceptions. So if you come one minute late, you will not have breakfast, an d that is what happened to my when I showed up one minute late, at literally 8:31. They also do not provide spacious rooms in order for it to be actually convenient for 4 people tok stay in for more than a bed and breakfast. All in all, I think that some little things in the hotel that you need to pay attention to, but otherwise... I hope you enjoy your stay!! ;)

  Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend von Vancouver. Außerhalb des Hotspot aber dieser ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Aber die Zimmer bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Der Teppichboden, Kühlschrank und das Bad vermittelten keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Klimabox im Zimmer war so laut das ein schlafen unmöglich war. Leider half ein ausschalten nicht da die Geräuschkulisse aus den Nachbarszimmern ebenfalls sehr laut war. Ich war froh dort nur eine Nacht zu verbringen.
