I stayed there with my daughter, the room was clean, the location was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. I would like to especially thank Brenda (Executive Housekeeper), my daughters favourite stuffie was left in the room, and we didn't realize this until we were on our way home. A quick call to the hotel and they assured us they would ship "Kanji the tiger" out to us. Sure enough he showed up at home and my daughter was really happy because they even gave him a bath.

The holiday inn Kingston water front is especially clean, with very helpful staff. It's very inviting, with the best lake views in the city. The dock restaurant is fantastic, they have a great menu with even better prices. I always recommend the hotel.

This place has a nice water front view and it would be nice during the summer months. The interior is somewhat recent. The cost of the hotel is around $150 and $20 for parking, per night. If the view isn't what you desire, I would recommend other places.

Excellent service and great rooms. Swimming pool was cold. Waterfront room with King sized bed made for a great getaway with my special someone.

Below average experience for above average prices. Low ceilings, peeling wallpaper, loose electrical outlets, dirty grout, rust stained sink... it is a convenient location but I've stayed in much nicer hotels for much less money. With taxes and parking it was almost $200/night for a room with two double beds. Late check-out also costs $25-50, something I've never been charged for before. Will find another place to stay next time I'm in town.
