::Really nice location close to everything. Black out curtains were good. We were on the top floor and could not change our temperature. IT was so hot in our room we had yo open the window and it only opened about 3 inches and hold the curtain open to get a bit of relief. Woke up at 2am and it was 32 degrees in the room couldn't sleep couldn't turn down the temp. And this was in april. It sucked

::The room was okay. Clean and accommodating. Bathroom was small. My room was nice because it had a balcony. Another nice treat was turn down service with a chocolate on the bed.

::Hosted an event in the Georgia Meeting Room with catering. Comfortable for an event for 30 to 60 people. Price is reasonable compared to other hotels with meeting rooms in the area. Staff frequently stepped in to remove used plates and cutlery. Room is contemporary and new. Would recommend.

::Stay was pretty nice until I purchased a bottled Starbucks drink from the hotel's deli/bakery stand. After drinking 1/3 of the drink on April 21st, I realized it had expired in February. When I confronted the manager stating that I was sold a 3 month old expired dairy drink, her response was "actually February was only 2 months ago." Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

::Awesome staff, amazing customer service, clean rooms, and great location. My wife and I always stay at the Holiday Inn in Canada and the U.S as they have never disappointed us. The rooms always have a pleasant and clean scent. This specific location have an above and beyond type of customer service. The entire staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend this locations for family and friends. We will be staying here for sure on our next Vancouver trip.
