  The rooms were decent, nothing to write home about. Plastic cups and cheap k-cups lined the bedroom. The bathroom vents we're connected to the neighboring room. The bed and pillows were good.

  The good: Friendly staff, will go out of their way to help and assist, especially in the restaurant and the front desk. The bad: Sheets not changed very often. I stayed there for over 6 days, and the sheets were not changed, at least while I was there. The ugly: I asked on two separate occasions and the sheets were not changed. Not only that, it seems either they did not vacuum or that the vacuum cleaner they used was inadequate. Little pieces of paper, etc were picked up, however, previous guests' nail clippings, etc. were seen lying about. Overall, my experience was unfortunate. I hope other HIs will be better managed.

  I had a king one bedroom suite that was very spacious and clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy and my room was ready early.

  We stayed at the hotel for three nights and were having fun at the casino so decided to stay another night. We called and confirmed for one more night and said we would pay when we returned later in the day All was well until we returned around 7pm and they would not take cash payment even though we had pid by credit card for the previous nights, my husband went to the bank and tried to put money on the card through the cash machine. in the meantime the hotel manager walked into my room unannounced and although I was on the bed nude effused to leave or shut the door screaming that we were trying to avoid paying and that she was not leaving the room until I paid the one night. I as appalled and informed her my husband was attempting to pay and that we hd only been down the block and had no idea there was any problem. In the meantime my husband had returned and paid the bill in cash as we were unable to deposit on the card. I have never been so disrespected or upset by any hotel employee in all our years of travel I would never stay there again and have complained to head office. This women should not be working in any public contact job. The hotel is also unclean and the staff is very very rude. The Holiday Inn in Langley is one of the nicest cleanest and friendliest hotel in the area and would be a much better choice for any stay. They also have a wonderful breakfast and have fresh baked cookies at night.

  Easter Friday, meeting room was all decked out with chair covers, table cloths. Breakfast smorgasbord was well received bye 35 in attendance. All said we will again use this facilities. Thank you Holiday Inn & your staff.
