  Bed were very comfortable though. Decent hot breakfast but out of 6 people I was with not 1 had hot water in the am to shower.

  Nice room, nice swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast buffet good, also for vegetarians, but no protein for vegans, maybe we should have asked, but that shouldn't be necessary. Friendly service, good coffee. Fitness room, nice washrooms, wheelchair accessible. Elevators. Good location, parking and nearby public transport. (No bedbugs March 11, 2018)

  Very adequate... nice staff... a tad short on handicap parking spaces - I had to park pretty far with the convention being there. Nothing truly stood out as special over the weekend I was there.

  Stayed for two nights last weekend and was disappointed. Check in was okay staff generally did a good job getting through this process. Room not so great, on the surface seemed clean, but don't look behind the bathroom door because no one else does. I tried to over look the age or minor things I first found in my room. Pealing paint above window, cracks in ceiling of bathroom. Touch up of these things would make a dramatic improvement. The thing that really disappointed me was after returning to my room after being gone for the entire day was my room was not cleaned, no new or fresh towels and beds were not made. So, I called the front desk and informed them, they said "how would you like me to fix this? I could send someone up if you would like" at this point I just wanted to go to bed, so I said no could you just send some fresh towels? They said yes. Guess what? No towels! Okay fine, next morning my daughter and I tried the breakfast that was included. Again not impressed. Eggs horrible and other food was cold. Asked for a juice glass and was told they didn't have any. Really? The bar had plenty of glassware behind it, but guess they didn't want to use that. Was told to use a coffee cup, no big deal but at this point I couldn't wait to get our of this place.

  This Holiday Inn looks average from the outside but is very modern once you walk through the doors. The multi-level lobby area is filled with natural plants and lighting and had plenty of lounge areas to work or congregate. Cool space
