  Nice and clean hotel. Service quality was good. The room was renovated and had a great mattress. There’s a nice pool and free parking. The breakfast was also free, but the baked goods were stale. Overall we were happy with our stay and recommend this place.

  Was very welcomed when I arrived. Excellent customer service, with the girl that checked me in being exceptional! High in the top 2 of all-time check-in experiences. I cannot remember her name but will try to find out. (arrived last Thursday 8th at approx 530 pm in case you want to look it up). She has customer service down to a T! You should have her working in a capacity of teaching others. I travel weekly for work, through every corner of Ontario, and routinely stay in Holiday Inns wherever I can

  Room was clean and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful in deciding a place to find craft beer. The included breakfast was hot and typical of any worthwhile hotel breakfast. It is decently close to the airport for those in town on business. I knocked a star off for the bow in the center of the bed. Other than that I recommend this place.

  I was here for a meeting. The meeting room was good and well equipped. The hotel in general is new and clean. They have complementary hot breakfast for guest. The pool isn't big but they do have one. Also, they do have a small workout room as well. The location is close to the InterCity Mall and there is a Shoeless Joe's that shares the parking lot which is great as the hotel does not have a restaurant.

  Lits confortables, grande chambre . MAIS : Pas de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre ,, comme ailleurs gracieuseté de l'hôtel . Pommeau de douche difficile à tourner. Le petit déjeuner était horrible. Je suis membre de Priority Club ??????? Le prix de la chambre est trop élevée . De plus l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier industriel. Nous avions la vie sur une cour â. scrap. Vous pouvez trouver mieux. Aout 2016
