  This hotel is probably the best run hotel ever. Pros: The staff are all so happy that you cant stay sad They have a shuttle service that can take you 10 km to surrounding businesses and the train station (go station) which can take you to Toronto Cons: Not in the heart of Toronto

  Lady at the front desk wasn't very helpful when i wanted to change my reservation but the room was nice and the price was decent for the area it was in.

  Very nice modern looking room. Spacious, a couch (I believe was a pullout), but no need for that because I had a comfy king size bed waiting for me. Room temp was perfect, fridge and anything else that I needed was in the room. Easy access to highway and there's a Tim Horton's close by. What more can you ask for. 5 stars

  We did not end up spending the night. After we checked in and went to our room we realised it was not the suite with a jet tub as advertised. This was the sole reason we booked this room/hotel. The girl at the front desk was lovely, but explained that the hotel had been renovated a year prior and no longer had jetted tubs. The photos online had not been updated and this false advertising was an ongoing problem with customers, which the management apparently refuses to address. Thankfully, she had no problem checking us out and without charge. Looks like a nice hotel, lovely staff, but it definitely put a damper on our anniversary celebration.
